Heartfelt Flowers & Gift Shop was established May 1st, 2014.
Heartfelt's lead florist, Nancy Kohlmann, has more than 30 years of working in the floral industry. Nancy's work is truly heartfelt and customers can see it in the finished product time and time again. Her dedication to the customer is unmatched and that is evident in the effort and perfection she puts into every piece.
Dan Kohlmann joined Nancy working at Heartfelt in June of 2019 and the two work together to provide the customer with outstanding products, quality service, and an experience that leaves each customer feeling special and valued.

Location: 185 Church St. Suite C, Lomira, WI 53048. This is the same driveway for Midwest Shooter's Supply and the Exxon Mobil gas station. We are right off the highway!
